FAQ frecuentes

Do you see emergencies outside your regular hours?

Yes. For relative urgency cases I can see patients outside the published hours, with prior confirmation by WhatsApp. If it is a life-threatening emergency, go immediately to the nearest hospital emergency department.

Can the consultation be done by video call?

Yes. The telemedicine option is designed for guidance and follow-up when travel is not feasible — see the full details in the "Emergency Care" card above. For procedures or a physical exam, the consultation must be in person.

How do I book an appointment?

The fastest way is to write on WhatsApp with your name and a brief description of your reason for consultation. I will reply as soon as possible, always prioritizing urgent cases. You can also book directly on my Calendly calendar, choosing the time that works best for you.

Do you accept medical insurance, or is it private consultation only?

Currently, consultations are private. If your case requires hospital management, I can guide you through the referral process according to your insurer or institution.

What should I bring to my first consultation?

An official ID, your medical card or a summary of previous studies if you have them (lab work, imaging, notes from other physicians), and a list of any medications you currently take, if applicable.

Can I call directly instead of writing on WhatsApp?

Yes, the call button is available in the top menu of the page. However, WhatsApp usually gets a faster response, especially if I'm attending to a patient.
